What My Clients Say
“Working with Joanne has completely changed how I see myself. From our very first session, I felt genuinely listened to without any fear of judgment. She didn't try to tell me what to do. Setting boundaries used to make me feel overwhelmingly guilty and I have always been a people pleaser, but counselling with Joanne gave me the space to just focus on my own feelings. She supported me to work out for myself what I needed. I have as a result learnt to say no to people without feeling bad about this and I now have much healthier relationships in my life."

"Joanne is amazing!! I have always found it hard to open up about how I am feeling, but I instantly felt relaxed in her company and able to talk to her. She has an incredibly calm energy and warmth about her. She is so patient and kind and listens without judgement. It was with her genuine empathy, thoughtfulness and support that I felt able to delve deep into looking at myself. I made a lot of changes while I was having counselling with her and I honestly never thought that would happen. The experience has been life changing! Throughout my sessions with Joanne I have grown in confidence and I am much less anxious. I would highly recommend Joanne to anyone looking for a counsellor."
