Life can bring up things that leave us feeling stuck, and having a safe, completely open place to unpack them makes all the difference. I provide therapy sessions both in Oxford and online worldwide to help you navigate these times without feeling judged.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I pull from various psychological frameworks to create a relaxed, flexible process that fits who you are. Together, we will gently explore your world and focus on what truly resonates with your unique life.

Holistic Therapy in Oxford & Online Support

Working together

I don't see myself as someone who has all the answers. Instead, I see therapy as something we do together. A shared space where you don't have to carry everything alone and where things can begin to unfold naturally.

There is no pressure to know exactly where to start. Sometimes we begin with a feeling, a memory or simply a sense that something doesn't feel quite right. Wherever we begin, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you.

Above everything else, the relationship between us matters. Feeling safe enough to talk honestly is an important part of the process.

By combining traditional talking therapy with somatic awareness, we can also explore how experiences are held not only in the mind but in the body.

My training brings together Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis. Depending on what feels most helpful, our sessions may focus on what's happening in the present moment, explore patterns in relationships, or gently consider how past experiences continue to influence life today.

Tailored to you

I don't believe there's one "right" way to do therapy. Everyone brings their own experiences, which is why i offer holistic therapy in Oxford. I work in an integrative way, adapting my approach to what feels most supportive for you
