What to Expect From Your Therapy Sessions
Therapy provides a quiet, confidential space to step back and reflect. Together, we will explore what is on your mind at a pace that feels comfortable for you- helping you gain clarity, navigate difficult emotions, and find a grounded path forward in life.
Ways We Can Work Together
Experience counselling in nature, where gentle physical movement can create profound emotional shifts. Walking therapy combines professional psychological support with the calming effects of being outdoors, breaking away from the clinical feel of a traditional therapy room. We can meet in some of Oxford's most peaceful green spaces, choosing a setting that feels right for you—whether that is the tranquil paths of the University Parks, the open expanses of Port Meadow, or a quiet stroll through Christ Church Meadow. Walking side-by-side naturally lowers the pressure of face-to-face conversations, making it much easier to open up and process deep thoughts. Together, we will move entirely at your own pace, using the natural rhythm of the outdoors to help you talk, reflect, and breathe a little more freely.

Online counselling
Online counselling offers a flexible and accessible way to work together, whether you are based locally in the UK or connecting from anywhere else in the world. By eliminating travel time and geographical barriers, virtual sessions fit seamlessly into a busy schedule, allowing you to prioritize your mental well-being without additional stress. We will meet via a secure, fully confidential video platform, ensuring our conversations remain private. This approach empowers you to choose a familiar, quiet, and comfortable environment—whether that is your own home, a private office, or any space where you feel completely safe, grounded, and ready to talk.
